Servànt Showroom and Design Studio is proud to contribute to Prata Riverside Village, one of Lisbon’s most prestigious residential developments, through the supply over 50 Molteni&C Kitchens for the Sunrise building. As the operator of the Molteni&C Flagship Store Lisbon, Servànt is honoured to bring the design excellence of Molteni&C Kitchens to one of Portugal’s most significant contemporary residential developments designed by Renzo Piano, A Pritzker Prize Winner, a Building Workshop (RPBW) and developed by VIC Properties.
Located on Lisbon’s waterfront in Marvila, Prata Riverside Village is redefining contemporary urban living through exceptional architecture and thoughtful placemaking. Once completed, the development will comprise 11 buildings, 833 studios to four-bedroom flats and 96 commercial spaces, creating a vibrant neighbourhood where design, quality and lifestyle come together.
For the Sunrise building, Servànt will supply over 50 Molteni&C Kitchens across seven distinct typologies, featuring the iconic Hi-Line 6 collection. Combining the warmth of natural wood veneers with refined lacquered finishes, Hi-Line 6 embodies the timeless elegance, functionality and craftsmanship that define Molteni&C Kitchens, creating sophisticated spaces tailored to contemporary living.
