One of my favourite spots around the Sintra. The intricate details and textures of the cliffs, ocean waves, and buildings really pushed me to experiment and improve my technique. From the fine details of the whitewashed houses to capturing the movement of the waves, this piece was a true test of patience and precision.

My first watercolor portrait—a painting of my friend’s daughter! While it was time-consuming, it turned out to be a wonderful exercise to experiment with details and textures.

It’s always exciting to try something new and see how it develops. Looking forward to more portraits in the future! What do you think of this one?
