Aein Areek Multi-Purpose Hall – Ramallah, Palestine | Creating Spaces that Serve the Community
This project involves the development of a modern multi-purpose hall in Aein Areek, designed to accommodate a wide range of youth, social, educational, and community activities within a flexible and efficient environment.
The proposed facility consists of an approximately 600 m² steel-structure building, supported by integrated site development works including external spaces, circulation areas, entrances, parking, and supporting infrastructure systems.
CDG is providing comprehensive architectural and engineering design services, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure coordination, while ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability considerations.
The project reflects a commitment to developing functional community-oriented facilities that combine efficient construction solutions with long-term operational value and an improved public environment for the local community.
قاعة عين عريك متعددة الأغراض – رام الله، فلسطين | مساحات تخدم المجتمع
يتضمن هذا المشروع تطوير قاعة متعددة الأغراض حديثة في عين عريك، صُممت لاستيعاب مجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة الشبابية والاجتماعية والتعليمية والمجتمعية ضمن بيئة مرنة وعملية تلبي مختلف الاستخدامات.
يتكون المشروع من مبنى بهيكل معدني عصري بمساحة تقارب 600 متر مربع، مدعوم بأعمال تطوير متكاملة للموقع تشمل المساحات الخارجية، ومناطق الحركة والتنقل، والمداخل، ومواقف السيارات، بالإضافة إلى أنظمة البنية التحتية والخدمات المساندة.
تقدم مجموعة التنمية المجتمعية CDG خدمات التصميم المعماري والهندسي المتكامل للمشروع، بما يشمل التنسيق الإنشائي والميكانيكي والكهربائي وأعمال البنية التحتية، مع ضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة المحلية، ومعايير السلامة، ومتطلبات الاستدامة.
