Successful projects begin with thorough planning and coordination before the work starts.

This week, the Onsite team participated in a preconstruction meeting for a federal project focused on site safety, quality standards, hazard identification, and project planning. We prepared and submitted project safety documentation, including Activity Hazard Analyses, Job Safety Analyses, and Competent Person Designations.

We also conducted a jobsite walkthrough to review existing conditions, discuss work sequencing, identify potential hazards, and coordinate project ex*****on before construction activities begin.

Preparation drives performance, and strong coordination helps deliver safer jobsites and better outcomes for our clients and project partners.
