The Onsite team is waterproofing a call center in Guaynabo that keeps critical Puerto Rico operations running 24/7. The building below can't stop for construction, so we work up top while operations continue.

Every section goes through a full system: surface prep, primer, and a sealed waterproofing coat. We detail around rooftop units, ductwork, equipment curbs, and every pe*******on- the exact points where water attacks first.

It's pickleball time! 🥒🎾 Play hard. Cool off in the shade 😎☀️

Onsite designed and built two 28′ × 10′ gazebos from the ground up beside the pickleball courts. Swipe to see the progress!

The project scope included concrete pours, steel frame fabrication, polished concrete finishes, electrical service, zinc roofs, and a new sidewalk. The steel framing was galvanized and finished with anti-corrosive paint to stand up to Puerto Rico's climate.

Designed and built by the Onsite team, from the first pour to the final finish 💪

Successful projects begin with thorough planning and coordination before the work starts.

This week, the Onsite team participated in a preconstruction meeting for a federal project focused on site safety, quality standards, hazard identification, and project planning. We prepared and submitted project safety documentation, including Activity Hazard Analyses, Job Safety Analyses, and Competent Person Designations.

We also conducted a jobsite walkthrough to review existing conditions, discuss work sequencing, identify potential hazards, and coordinate project ex*****on before construction activities begin.

Preparation drives performance, and strong coordination helps deliver safer jobsites and better outcomes for our clients and project partners.
