About SOLARSPARKLE:
SOLARSPARKLE (PRIVATE) LIMITED is a leading Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M) company in Pakistan, currently managing a 100 MW+ solar portfolio across the country. We specialize in solar panel cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance, AI-powered drone inspections, thermography, and performance optimization for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar power plants.
We are looking for a motivated and confident Female Sales Executive to join our growing team in Multan.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Promote SOLARSPARKLE's Solar O&M, Cleaning, Inspection, and EPC services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely proposal submissions.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (B2B experience preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Experience in the renewable energy or industrial sector will be an added advantage.
