گھر بناتے وقت اکثر سوال ہوتا ہے کہ Plinth Beam دینا چاہیے یا صرف DPC کافی ہے؟
دیکھیں DPC کا کام صرف زمین کی نمی کو دیوار میں اوپر آنے سے روکنا ہے۔ جبکہ Plinth Beam دیواروں کو آپس میں مضبوطی سے جوڑنے اور گھر کو مضبوطی دینے کے لیے ہوتا ہے۔
اس لیے ہر جگہ صرف DPC کو Plinth Beam کا متبادل سمجھنا درست نہیں۔
خاص طور پر نرم زمین یا مختلف سطح کی بنیاد کی صورت میں، انجینئر کے مشورے کے مطابق فیصلہ کرنا چاہیے۔
بنیاد میں کی گئی چھوٹی سی غلطی بعد میں بہت مہنگی پڑ سکتی ہے۔
