Customer Service & Sales Executive UK Based

Location: Office Based – Kalma Chowk, Gulberg III, Lahore

Timings: According to UK Timings (Pakistan timings 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm).

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and confident Male Sales Representative with 3 to 5 years of experience with strong UK speaking accent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK sales, excellent communication skills with a clear British/UK-accented English, and a good understanding of the construction and architectural industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries from UK clients through email and phone communication.
Respond to client queries professionally and in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information about company services to potential and existing clients.
Should be expert in Cold Calling with handling software and multitasking.
Assist in generating and managing sales leads.
Convert customer enquiries into potential sales opportunities.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up with clients regarding project updates and service progress.
Build and maintain professional relationships with UK clients.
Requirements:

Strong spoken and written English is mandatory.
Ability to handle and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
Confidence in dealing with international clients, particularly UK clients.
A UK accent will be considered an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Bonuses and Incentives:

We also provide performance and target based bonuses and incentives on top of the basic salary.
