Before it had a soul, it had bones. 🏡
I've built a lot of homes. But this one — 1 Kanal, Bahria Orchard — is the kind I still stop and look at twice.
What you're seeing is both stages. Grey. And finished.
I have a thing about the grey stage — most people skip past it, but I don't.
That's where you see if the design actually holds up.
- No stone to hide behind.
- No wood, no lighting, no styling tricks.
Just the bones — and whether they were built right.
Then finishing comes in, and everything I imagined on paper finally gets to breathe.
Same structure. Same walls. But somewhere between grey and finished, the house stops being a structure and starts being a home.
That's the part I care about more than anyone probably realizes — the soul isn't something we add at the end. We build it in from day one, at the grey stage, when nobody's watching.
That's the standard I hold every project to, and it's the same standard my team at Abbasi Developers & JK Designs never compromises on.
