Location: Bantva Memon Society

Work Description: After Completion of Excavation of Sub station, Boundary wall and maintenance office, we started and complete Soling works with Stones to Prevents subsoil moisture from rising into the foundation concrete via capillary action, protecting structural elements from dampness and chemical attack (e.g., sulfates).

Increases the effective bearing area, spreading structural loads evenly over weak or loose subsoil to prevent localized settlement.

Hassan Construction & Engineering has officially kicked off site ex*****on at Bantva Memon Cooperative Housing Society!

We are currently executing Phase 1: Boundary Demarcation & Foundation Excavation for the construction of the RCC Boundary Wall, Electric Sub-Station, and Maintenance Office.

Current Site Progress:
📍 Establishing permanent survey benchmarks (NGL, FRL & FFL levels)
📍 Grid centerline layout & demarcation for 302 RFT perimeter
📍 Foundation excavation underway for 25 isolated RCC footings
📍 Excavation for Electric Sub-Station & Maintenance Office structures

🚧 NEW PROJECT AWARDED 🚧

Hassan Construction & Engineering is pleased to announce the official award of a new project at Bantva Memon Society with a total contract value of 7.2 Million PKR.

*Project Scope & Technical Highlights*

Site Area: ~543 SQYDs (4,888 SFT)
RCC Boundary Wall: 302 RFT perimeter featuring 25 isolated footings with high-strength RCC columns and beams (19 ft. height from foundation top).

Major Earthworks: ~59,026 CFT of compacted earth filling to bridge the 8 ft. depth from NGL to FRL, raising the proposed Finished Floor Level (FFL) 3 ft. above FRL.

Electric Sub-Station Room (15' x 13.5'): Dedicated society power supply facility featuring dual slab pours (Intermediate slab at +5.5 ft. and a sloped roof slab at average +17 ft. height).
Maintenance Office (12' x 15'): Administrative meeting space with an attached bathroom for society management operations.
