These are glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP), an advanced alternative to traditional steel that stands out for its tensile strength (twice that of steel), its lightness (up to four times lighter than iron), its resistance to corrosion, its non-conductive nature, and its economic efficiency, with a costup to 30% lower in construction projects.

مجرم سے تعلق، رئیل اسٹیٹ، جیولرز، اکاؤنٹنٹس کاروبار نہیں کرسکیں گے: ایف بی آر نے نئی شرائط عائد کردیں ۔

ایف بی آر کے جاری نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق انسداد منی لانڈرنگ ایکٹ 2010کے تحت ایف بی آر انسداد منی لانڈرنگ اور دہشتگردوں تک مالیاتی رسائی روکنے کے لئے نامزد نان فنانشل کاروباروں اور پروفیشنلزریگولیشنز میں مزید ترمیم کر دی ہے ، جس کے تحت رئیل اسٹیٹ ایجنٹس ، جیولرز اور اکائونٹنٹس کےلئے لازم ہوگا کہ وہ کسی ایسے شخص کوجو سزا یافتہ مجرم ہو یا کسی مجرم کے ساتھ کسی طرح کا بھی تعلق ہو، ایسے سز ایافتہ مجرم یا مجرم کے ساتھ وابستگی رکھنے والے افراد نامز د نان فنانشل کاروبار اور پروفیشنلز ( جیولرز ، رئیل اسٹیٹ ایجنٹس اور اکائونٹنٹس) میں کسی طرح کی ملکیت یا کنٹرول نہ ہواور نہ ہی ان کو بینفیشل مالک نہیں ہونا چاہئے اور نہ ہی وہ کسی سینئر عہدے یا بورڈ میں کوئی عہدہ دیا جائے.

تمام رئیل اسٹیٹ ایجنٹس ( پراپرٹی بروکرز ، ڈیلرز، ڈیلپرز، بلڈرز) ، جیولرز اور اکائونٹنٹس ، ایسی کسی ملکیت ، بینفیشل مالک یا مالکان ، سینئر عہدیداران اور بورڈ ممبران کے بارے میں ایف بی آر کو آگاہ کرنے کے پابند ہونگےجو سزا یافتہ مجرم یا مجرم کے ساتھ وابستگی رکھتے ہوں ۔
