Mall of Gandhara is an architectural embodiment of contemporary elegance fused with functional commercial planning. Positioned strategically on the bustling Main GT Road in Wah Cantt, this project is poised to become a commercial hub catering to a diverse mix of local and regional visitors.
Mall of Gandhara is more than just a shopping destination – it’s a lifestyle hub designed to inspire and delight. With state-of-the-art facilities, a prime location, and a commitment to excellence, we are proud to be the region’s premier retail and entertainment center.
The design centers around a clean, modern aesthetic with rhythmic verticality, natural stone textures, and expansive glazed frontages that enhance visibility for premium retail outlets. A grand double-height entrance anchors the structure, delivering a sense of openness and prestige.
The building’s layout efficiently blends retail, food, and service spaces while ensuring environmental harmony through landscaped zones and green balconies—enhancing the urban fabric of Wah Cantt.

From the monumental façade to its intimate interior settings, every corner celebrates craftsmanship, spatial harmony, and timeless elegance. Designed with a focus on cultural depth and comfort, this residence reflects architectural continuity while honoring heritage.

Contemporary Family Living
Proud to share this high-end residential concept designed by Mian Atif Mehmood using advanced AI rendering tools, representing the future of modern architecture.
This one-family luxury residence reimagines urban living with clean geometric lines, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and a minimalist material palette of polished concrete, dark metal, and natural wood. The cantilevered façade elements not only enhance the visual identity but also improve shading performance.
🌿 Thoughtfully integrated planters and terraces bring nature into every level, offering privacy while preserving openness. The full-height windows flood the interiors with natural light, blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor living.

As design Consultant's we strive to design spaces that foster human connection, comfort, and resilience in the urban environment. This recent conceptual project explores a mid-rise residential community with interlinked buildings — offering a new approach to “Connected Vertical Living.”
🔷 Project Vision:
A vibrant urban block designed around the themes of community, circulation, and architectural dialogue. Modular towers are linked via transparent skybridges, transforming the in-between into shared social space.
🔷 Design Strategy:
Urban Integration: A pedestrian-first streetscape with landscaped setbacks and interactive building edges.
Architectural Form & Expression: A clear progression from bold, conceptual massing to refined material realism — seen across visualization stages.
Connectivity: Elevated bridges not only enhance circulation but promote a sense of collective identity among residents.
Material Language: From dynamic, colorful facades to warmer earth tones and glass — reflecting adaptability and urban context.
Community Focus: Designed to encourage interaction through layered thresholds: balconies, bridges, open greens, and soft edges.

Contemporary Elegance Meets Bold Expression
Sharing this stunning digital render of a 2 Kanal contemporary residence . A masterful blend of form and function, this design celebrates clean lines, volumetric balance, and an energetic color palette that stands confidently amidst a vibrant seasonal landscape.
What truly sets this project apart is its bold use of teal and tangerine tones, combined with expansive glass openings and integrated landscaping—elements that not only enhance natural light but foster an open, breathable relationship with the outdoors. Incredible architect Zaha Hadid became part of an influential family when she was born in Baghdad, Iraq in 1950. Her father, a powerful industrialist, was cofounder of the Iraqi National Democratic Party, and her mother worked as an artist. Inspired by her successful parents, she never doubted that she would someday pursue a professional career. After attending a progressive Catholic school that included Muslim, Jewish, and French students, Hadid eventually went to college at the American University of Beirut.
Despite focusing on mathematics in college, Hadid moved to London in 1972 to study architecture. She attended the Architectural Association School of Architecture at this time. The school was a mecca for progressive architectural thought during the 1970s; Hadid made many crucial connections during her time here that led her to eventually become a partner at the Office for Metropolitan Architecture. Former professors Rem Koolhaas and Elia Zenghelis founded the group. This had a huge impact on her life, truly allowing her to work with the best and launch her career forward.

In 1980, Hadid left the Office for Metropolitan Architecture in order to create her own firm in London – Zaha Hadid Architects. As the company began, Hadid spent the majority of her time entering architecture contests and drawing a wide array of proposals. Yet, this period of her life provided a lens into her personal work and style. She gained a reputation for creating inspiring, elaborate, and powerful work, and her tireless efforts paid off as she later secured her first commission.

Zaha Hadid's only private residence, called the Capital Hill Residence, was completed in 2020 and is located in the Barvikha forest, just outside of Moscow, Russia. The house is a stunning example of Hadid's signature style, featuring sweeping curves and sharp angles that create a dynamic, fluid design.

The Capital Hill Residence is a three-story, 2,650-square-meter home that blends into the natural surroundings of the forest. The building is anchored into the steep hillside, creating a sense of weightlessness and lightness. The house features a series of interlocking spaces, including a large living area, a library, an indoor swimming pool, and a spa.

The building's interior is just as impressive as its exterior, with flowing lines and organic shapes creating a sense of movement and energy. The house is designed to be a private retreat for its owners, with panoramic views of the surrounding forest and landscape.

The Capital Hill Residence is a testament to Zaha Hadid's legacy as one of the most innovative and influential architects of our time. Despite being completed after her death in 2016, the house showcases her visionary approach to architecture and design and serves as a fitting tribute to her groundbreaking work.
