On 07 May 2026, the KfW mission under Billion Trees Afforestation Support Project (BTASP), led by Jörn Cockritz (CTA BTASP) along with Deputy CTA and APD BTASP visited jabbar davlii Planning Unit of Siran Forest Division. Facilitated by Divisional Forest Officer and relevant field staff, the team inspected the spring plantation site in the presence of the local community and appreciated the high quality of work and strong community participation.

An interactive session with VDC Jabbar followed, focusing on implementation progress, effectiveness of interventions and institutional arrangements. The mission also reviewed VDC records, noting transparency and effective community based management and acknowledged the success of participatory afforestation efforts. The visit concluded with a meeting with the Divisional Forest Officer, Siran Forest Division Manshera, focusing on implementation progress, operational challenges, and opportunities for further improvement.
