"Communities grow great through balance and harmony."
Sharing with you our design for a 2- storey, eight-unit apartment, now being constructed in Suklayin, Baler, Aurora.
Each unit has one bedroom, one full bathroom, open layout living-dining-kitchen and a laundry area/dirty kitchen in the back.
We designed the apartment with a modern tropical flair aesthetic so it will stand out but also integrate well with the environment as the location was near the beach so it can also be utilized as an airbnb.
