🏗️ MONTH 4 CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: MOVING FULL STEAM AHEAD!🧱✨

As we enter the 4th month of construction, N&KB Construction is making strong and visible progress on site. We are now constructing the slab and beams for the roof deck, marking an important milestone as the structure continues to rise. 🏫⬆️

At the same time, excavation works for Segment 2 footings are already underway. Our team is actively installing reinforcing bars, stirrups, and formworks, ensuring that every structural element is built with strength, accuracy, and long-term durability in mind. 👷‍♂️📐

Each phase reflects our commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and timely delivery. Step by step, we are turning plans into a solid, future-ready school building for the community.

🏗️ WEEK 10 PROJECT UPDATE: STEADY PROGRESS, STRONG FOUNDATIONS! 🧱✨

N&KB CONSTRUCTION is proud to share our latest milestone for the Two-Storey, 10-Classroom School Building Project at Batangas Eastern Colleges, San Juan, Batangas — now at 25.58% overall progress, right on schedule! 🙌📊

In this 10th week, our team has successfully completed:
✔️ Slab rebars, formworks, and concreting
✔️ Full rebar works, formworks, and concreting for beams, tie beams, and footings along Gridlines A–F

We are now moving forward with:
🔸 Concrete pouring for footings at Gridlines G and H
🔸 Installation of starter bars for upcoming column works

Every step brings this future-ready school building closer to reality. Our commitment to quality, safety, and excellent workmanship continues to guide every phase of construction. 👷‍♂️📐

Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience in structural steel works
✔ Expertise in formworks, scaffolding, and carpentry
✔ Knowledge of structural systems for schools, hospitals, and public facilities
✔ Ability to read basic structural drawings is an advantage
✔ Physically fit and safety-conscious

Skills Required:

🔹 Steel bar cutting, bending, and installation
🔹 Formwork fabrication and installation
🔹 Concrete support systems
🔹 Safe use of tools and equipment
