COMMON TYPES OF WINDOWS that you can use for your home:

1.Casement Windows�This window is hinged on the side and cranks open outward, much like a door. It offers maximum ventilation and a clear, unobstructed view.

2. Awning Windows
Hinged at the top, these windows open outward from the bottom. Their design creates a small "roof" when open, allowing for ventilation even during light rain.

3. Sliding (Glider) Windows
These windows slide horizontally along a track. They are excellent for wide openings and are easy to operate, making them a popular choice for modern homes.

4. Jalousie (Louvered) Windows
Consisting of parallel glass, acrylic, or wooden slats, these windows are operated by a crank to tilt open and closed. They offer excellent ventilation, especially in warm climates.

5. Double-Hung Windows
A classic style where both the top and bottom sashes can move vertically. This allows for flexible ventilation, as you can open the top, bottom, or both.

Modern Kitchen and Dining Area.

✨ Sleek & Seamless: A Modern Kitchen Statement ✨
This modern kitchen design embraces sophisticated minimalism by completely eliminating overhead cabinets, creating an incredibly clean, expansive feel. The smooth, textured grey walls serve as a calm, contemporary backdrop, allowing the curated details to take center stage. A striking focal point is created by the dark, integrated range hood and minimalist cooktop, dramatically defined by a custom, undulating linear pendant light that acts as a dynamic, art-like installation. All storage is masterfully concealed within the lower cabinetry and a sleek, full-height unit housing the contemporary black refrigerator, ensuring a strictly clutter-free aesthetic while maximizing efficiency. The central island features a crisp white countertop contrasting with dark grey millwork, offering an ideal surface for prep and casual dining, complemented by a row of chic, textured barstools. This highly functional kitchen effortlessly transitions into the adjoining dining space, marked by a bold, organic-shaped wooden table and a second dramatic linear chandelier, with rich, earthy-toned dining chairs grounding the entire open-plan layout. This residence presents a striking blend of tropical modernism, brutalist texture, and industrial geometry, tailored to the Filipino climate and aesthetic. The lower level grounds the structure with a heavy, textured presence, utilizing rough-hewn natural stone cladding and exposed concrete that echoes a brutalist appreciation for raw materials and mass.

This foundation is balanced by expansive glass panels and sliding doors, which dissolve the boundaries between the interior and the lush exterior, a key characteristic of contemporary tropical design. The low-slung, deep overhanging roof, a functional adaptation to intense sun and rain, is a distinctive feature of Filipino architectural tradition, providing crucial shading and shelter.

The upper volume introduces a strong industrial and geometric element through the use of pierced screen blocks or ventilation masonry. These decorative concrete blocks not only serve as a privacy and sun-shading device—a practical requirement in the Philippines—but also add a patterned, repetitive texture that contrasts with the solid masses below. The overall structure maintains a clean, rectilinear form, typical of modern industrial simplicity, yet is softened by the surrounding dense greenery and warm internal lighting. This design successfully integrates the solidity of brutalism, the exposed efficiency of industrial forms, and the passive climate control strategies inherent in Filipino-inspired architecture.

This is a prime example of a minimalist, contemporary kitchen designed for a clean and uncluttered aesthetic. The space embraces a sophisticated, muted palette dominated by cool greys and deep charcoal.

The defining characteristic is the deliberate omission of overhead cabinets on the main wall, replaced instead by a single, dramatic feature pendant light which ensures the wall remains clean, open, and visually expansive. Linear base cabinet run with a bright countertop, which also extends into a generous central island or breakfast bar. This design choice results in a highly functional, yet visually serene kitchen that prioritizes simplicity and an artistic focus on lighting.

The dominant feature is a massive, double-height wall finished in exposed concrete panels, providing a raw, textured backdrop that defines the space. A central atrium with a skylight overhead serves as the focal point, dramatically illuminating the interior and housing a tall, mature tree, which introduces a striking connection to nature. The floor plan is intentionally open, suggesting a seamless connection to adjacent dining and kitchen areas while a contemporary sofa and cowhide rug define the intimate living zone. The material palette—featuring raw concrete, glass for the staircase, and warm wood accents—reinforces a clean, modern aesthetic that prioritizes light and the integration of indoor greenery.
