Today’s Gospel reminds us that it’s not always about what we say, but what we choose to do.

“Which of the two did his father’s will?”
— Matthew 21:31

Minsan, we say “Yes, Lord,” pero hindi natin agad nagagawa. Sometimes we say “no” because we are tired, afraid, confused, or simply not ready.

But the beautiful thing is, we can always change our hearts.

Hindi ibig sabihin na dahil nagkamali tayo, wala na tayong chance. God gives us the opportunity to start again, to make better choices, and to turn back to Him.

Because faith is not just about saying the right words.
It’s about putting those words into action.

This Sunday, may we learn to say “yes” not only with our lips, but through our actions. Sa paraan ng pagmamahal natin, pagpapatawad, pagtulong, at paggawa ng tama and even when no one is watching.

It’s never too late to change direction and say yes to God.

Alam mo ba na may iba’t ibang types of faucets, at hindi lahat ay bagay sa bawat sink or space?

Kaya bago pumili ng faucet, hindi lang dapat aesthetics ang tinitingnan. Consider the sink configuration, mounting holes, counter or wall installation, clearance, water supply, and how you will use it every day.

Ang Architect’s Fee ay hindi lang bayad para sa drawing.

Depende sa scope of services, maaaring kasama dito ang:

📌 Planning & Design – space planning, concept development, at design solutions, plans, elevations, sections, at detailed drawings
📌 Coordination – pakikipag-coordinate sa structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, at iba pang professionals
📌 Construction Documents – documents na kailangan para maging mas clear ang ex*****on ng project
📌 Site & Construction Services – depende sa agreement, maaaring kasama ang site visits, inspection, at construction administration

Kaya bago sabihin na “magkano ang Architect’s Fee?”, mas importanteng itanong:

“Ano ang scope of services na kasama sa fee?”

Because professional fees should be understood based on the services, responsibilities, and level of involvement required for your project.

Pero tandaan, estimate lang ito at maaaring mag-iba ang actual cost depende sa design, location, materials, at iba pang factors.

Bakit kailangan ang site visit bago magplano?

Hindi sapat ang lot title o lot plan para makita ang actual condition ng site.

Kasi upon site visit, dapat din natin iconsider ang slope, drainage, access, views, surrounding houses, existing trees, at actual site conditions, mga bagay na direktang nakakaapekto sa design at construction cost.

Kaya bago gumuhit ng bahay, intindihin muna ang lote.
