Proposed Architectural Interior Design for Eye Clinic | Candelaria, Quezon

For this project, we wanted the clinic to feel bright, comfortable, and easy to move through while still keeping the space practical for an optical clinic.

The layout was planned around how clients actually use the space—from entering, browsing the eyewear displays, choosing a seat, and moving toward the consultation areas.

The blush pink, sage green, warm wood, and white palette was chosen to give the clinic a softer character without taking away from its clean and professional feel.

The arched displays and rounded details were added to break the straight lines of the space and make the overall interior feel more relaxed.

And here’s how it turned out.

What started with one reference image, a list of appliances, and a lot of requirements was eventually built into the actual restaurant.

Some things changed along the way as we worked with the actual site, dimensions, and construction requirements — but the intent of the design stayed the same.

From the first layout to the finished space, this is what we love about being involved in the whole process.

Maki No Aji 🇯🇵

The client started with one reference photo and a full list of what the restaurant needed — appliances, prep areas, storage, shelves, and the right amount of working space.

Our part was to take all of those requirements and make them work together as one space.

We planned the layout around how the restaurant would actually be used, then developed the design through the finishes, cabinetry, lighting, and overall look.

These renders are our way of showing the client what we had in mind before bringing it to site.

WHICH FLOORING WOULD YOU CHOOSE?

Same gallery. Same artwork.
Three flooring tones — three different directions for the space.

OPTION 1 — LIGHT GREY / CEMENT
A clean, understated finish that gives the gallery a contemporary feel while keeping the artwork visually prominent.

OPTION 2 — MEDIUM GREY / GREIGE
A balanced tone that adds contrast while keeping the space calm and versatile.

OPTION 3 — DARK CHARCOAL
A deeper finish that works closely with the dark navy walls and creates a more intimate gallery feel.

For an art gallery, flooring is more than just a surface.
Its color and tone can influence how the walls, lighting, and artwork are perceived.

So, which one would you choose — 1, 2,or 3?
