We are pleased to be part of this residential project. This design accentuate the clerestory in the living area, dining area, and kitchen area. This maximizes light and ventialation throughout the open plan. Concrete and wood dominates the facade as it portrays a contemporary minimalistic look. The layout of the spaces blurs the boundary between private and public zones.

The iconic details of the molding and columns resonate an experience or remnant feel that may be traced to europe. This neo-classical home fits right into the Filipino beach setting. It rekindles the boldness and timeless sophistication of the grand facade.

The grace of these french windows enhances the regal atmosphere of the home by inviting natural sunlight. The facade sunstains the grandeur and classical aesthetic. Open plan and spaces are maximized with the high ceiling creating permanence and palatial balance.
The use of white washed exterior walls, ornate detail, and wood tone handrails of the porch and balcony blends traditional elegance with modern comfort.
