HISTORY AND VISION
An extensive experience in design and construction of almost 9 years gave the people behind CAMAT Construction and Design necessary skills and knowledge required to produce project outcomes in exceptional quality that meet or better yet exceed client's expectations. An opportunity to invest in a build and sell business sometime in April of 2008 sparked the interest of the founde

r to venture to the vast opportunity of the construction industry. Most of the projects in the business are located in Valenzuela and Quezon City area. Project after project gave him experience in construction from ground breaking to finishing which supplemented his love in civil works. Equipped with experience and a dream that he can be on his own, he decided to make a little distance to his former group. In 2012, the new found motivation fueled his desire to establish his own construction team and eventually made him decide to resign from his previous job to pursue his dream to be on his own as a contractor. After the life changing decision, the parade of opportunities came with most of the projects located in Valenzuela, Muntinlupa and even as far as General Trias in Cavite. He started getting design-build contracts with the help of his team of architects, engineers and network of friends. The good news is that after the start up period, the business is beginning to take off. This boost his confidence to register the name to DTI which is the birth of CAMAT Construction and Design. Most of the contracts awarded are residential houses and interior fit-outs. He also have invested in equipment like concrete mixers, scaffolding, power tools and other equipment needed in construction works. In the years to come, CAMAT Construction and Design are in a positive note to face the new sets of vast opportunities ahead in continuation of the line of successful projects and eventually establishing a name legacy in the construction industry.
