Agriya Clubhouse and Subdivision Development Panabo City

Panabo is an up and coming city of the south. Tasked to design a fusion of Spanish-Mediterranean inspired villas by Damosaland for the Agriya Development, the initial approach is to layout the clubhouse in a sprawling design that could take lots of sunshine on all parts of the structure, taking in mind the factors of the desired style merged and blended with the local setting and environment of Panabo.
The villas are in 3 different configurations that can be well suited to its clients' preferences. Here with one of the Principals Sir Ricky Floirendo and the Head of Damosaland Sir Cary Lagdameo and Mr. Anthony Sasin during the blessing and open house of Agriya.
Designing with Damosaland has been a marvelous and wonderful experience.

Hand of God Chapel
Silay, Bacolod

One of my most cherished projects, the Hand of God chapel is a scuptural representation of our Creator's hand in prayer along the lush sugarcane fields of Silay. Simplicity and Purity in lines - amphiteater seating overlooking the manmade lake where the altar floats in serenity.
An alley to commemorate the Stations of the Cross is situated at the lakeside level leading to the Chapel that projects beams of light during mass celebrations - a suttle replacement to ringing church bells.
To design a structure to Praise and Glorify God is truly an architect's dream.

Z Residence Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City

My first project after my stint at LVLP in collaboration with Interior Designers Ivy and Cynthia Almario.
The house is a mix of sandstone, concrete and wood carefully designed to portray the illusion of a structure on top of stone slabs softened by the lush plantscape.
