A façade that doesn’t just make a first impression—it belongs to its place for years to come.
This renovation responds to the realities of its surroundings. Rather than designing against recurring graffiti and everyday wear, we embraced them through a material palette that ages with character.
Inspired by the historic streetscape, the façade is a hybrid of old and new. Brick and textured concrete pay homage to the surrounding architectural heritage, while clean contemporary lines give the building a renewed identity.
Because great architecture isn’t just about how it looks on day one—it’s about how well it stands the test of time.
