Pascual Residence | Part 6 Detail-Driven Design. 📐💎

Transformation isn't just about changing furniture; it's about redefining the atmosphere. For this master suite, we focused on "lighting layers"—combining natural light from the refreshed windows with warm bedside accents and cove lighting to add depth to the room.

We also integrated the existing staircase into the design, ensuring a seamless flow from the entrance to the sleeping area.

Pascual Residence | Part 5: Elevating the Everyday. ✨🍽️

In Part 5 of our transformation series, we’re moving into the heart of the home: the Dining and Kitchen area. We took a raw, transitionary space and redefined it with clean lines, sophisticated cove lighting, and a layout designed for both intimate dinners and grand gatherings.

Notice the coordination between the lighting fixtures and the structural beams—this is where meticulous site measurement meets intentional design.

Pascual Residence | PART 3: The Bedroom Turnaround ☁️✨

From a cluttered workspace to a cozy, organized retreat. For this phase of our San Pedro project, we focused on maximizing vertical space and introducing warmth through wood textures and integrated lighting.

By swapping the bulky white cabinets for a streamlined wood-finish wardrobe and adding floating shelves with warm LED accents, we turned a cramped corner into a sophisticated personal sanctuary.

Proof that good design doesn’t just change a room—it changes the mood.

Pascual Residence | Part 2 – The Art of the Narrative Space 🏗️✨

Design isn’t just about making things look "pretty"—it’s about solving chaos and creating rhythm. For this residential project, we didn’t just focus on the main rooms; we reimagined the transition from a cluttered storage nook into a sophisticated, flowing experience.

The Strategy: From Function to Feeling
Zoning & Integration: We utilized existing alcoves to create built-in shelving that feels like part of the architecture. By clearing the floor of treadmills and storage bins, we created a breathable layout that balances relaxation with high-end aesthetics.

A Personalized Touch: One of the standout features of this hallway—the vaulted arched ceiling—was a specific personal request from our client. We brought this vision to life by pairing the arch with ornate corbels, adding a sense of classic rhythm and height to the narrow space.

Layered Lighting Logic:

Warmth: Recessed shelf accents and 3000K warm lights highlight curated decor.

Volume: The cove lighting along the hallway arch creates a soft, ambient glow that makes the ceiling feel taller and eliminates the "closed-in" feel.

Material Continuity: Matching the rich wood console with the flooring and built-ins ensures a seamless visual flow from the entertainment hub to the private quarters.

From measuring tapes and sketches to the final render—we’re making every square meter count. Your home deserves a vision that connects every corner while honoring your personal style. 🖋️📐

Stay tuned as we continue this transformation!

Pascual Residence | Part 1: The Art of Living Together ☕✨

In family home renovations, the living area is the most critical puzzle piece. It needs to be durable enough for daily life yet sophisticated enough for guests.

For this project in San Pedro, we transitioned from a space dominated by storage overflow to a curated Modern Transitional sanctuary. By smoothing out the textured walls and introducing a layered lighting scheme—cove lights, pin lights, and that statement chandelier—the room now feels twice its original size.

Design Highlights:

Warm Minimalism: Using a palette of "greige" and warm wood to keep the space inviting, not cold.

The Focal Point: An arched display niche that adds architectural character without taking up floor space.

Stay tuned for Part 2, where we’ll look at how we maximized the entertainment and media zones!
