About the Role
We are looking for a Payroll Master with solid experience in handling payroll for logistics, trucking, or transport companies. This role requires someone who understands the unique nature of driver operations—such as binuntaga trips, 24‑hour dispatches, varying assignments, and trip-based compensation.
If you are detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced in managing complex payroll structures, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll for office staff, drivers, and field personnel.
- Manage trip-based and time-based payroll computations, including:
- Binuntaga trips
- 24-hour dispatches
- Long-haul assignments
- Overtime, night differential, and holiday pay
- Validate trip logs, dispatch sheets, fuel slips, and route assignments.
- Ensure accurate computation of:
- Cash advances
- Deductions
- Allowances
- Incentives and penalties
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee files.
- Coordinate with Operations for trip validations and attendance concerns.
- Prepare payroll reports for Accounting and Management.
- Ensure compliance with government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years experience as Payroll Master or similar role.
- Required: Experience in logistics, trucking, or transport industry.
- Strong understanding of driver payroll systems and trip-based computations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software.
- High attention to detail and strong sense of confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
