A Historic Milestone for Philippine Architecture: PIA Joins Forces with the PCA!
The Philippine Institute of Architects (PIA) has officially become a member of the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA).

Led by the vision of National President Ar. Daniel Terence Yu, FPIA; COF Chancellor Ar. Carmelo T. Casas, FPIA; and PIA Makati Section President Ar. Ma. Lynn S. Del Rosario, FPIA, this milestone partnership brings together two of the most influential organizations in the country’s building, design, and infrastructure sectors.

Great architecture needs great builders. By officially joining forces with the country’s premier constructors, we are bridging the gap between visionary design and masterful ex*****on. This collaboration will raise industry standards, bring building capabilities together, and support sustainable development across the Philippines.

On 16 April 2026, the PIA formally inducted its 2026–2027 National Officers at Manila Golf & Country Club — an evening that honored nearly a century of architectural heritage while welcoming a new era of leadership and service.

The ceremony highlighted the institute’s enduring mission: to uphold professional excellence, strengthen architectural education, and ensure that Filipino architecture continues to shape communities with purpose and integrity.
