We utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) software to streamline planning, enhance team collaboration, run clash detection, and especially accelerate project documentation and drawings.

Here at NC Arkitektura, we aim not just to beautify your project, but to manage its transition smoothly from the pre-design stage all the way to post-construction.

San Pablo, Laguna's Unrealized terminal

Not to compare, not to criticize, but to INSPIRE FOR MORE; more structures designed equally for the nature and to the community.

BIOPHILIC ARCHITECTURE
is more than just a design concept that brags about the usage of greeneries and natural materials, it is an ideology. Ideology that focuses more on:
(1) Experience of ergonomic spaces through adaptation to the natural and built-environment;
(2) Direct experience of nature through the experience of light, wind, water, vegetation, and weather perception; and
(3) Mimicking environmental traits and natural geometries, like the Coconut trees of our San Pablo.

A design ideology with intent to harmonize the natural and built-environment while enhancing user comfort.
