🔹 Core Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day project ex*****on and supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors.
• Develop work schedules, sequence project activities, and implement operational adjustments to avoid delays.
• Monitor project costs, prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), and apply cost-control measures while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with management, architects, clients, and conduct regular site meetings and progress reporting.
• Identify project risks, technical issues, or material shortages and provide immediate solutions.
🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in project coordination or field operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, cost estimation, AutoCAD, and local safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
