A complete transformation focused on giving the existing home a fresh, warm, and contemporary character while improving its functionality and overall visual harmony. One of the standout finishes is the limewash treatment on the walls, creating a soft, naturally layered texture with subtle tonal variations that brings warmth, depth, and a handcrafted quality to the interiors. The finish complements the updated spaces while giving the home a refined yet relaxed character.

The renovation also features custom cabinetry, upgraded ceiling details, refined interior finishes, and carefully coordinated architectural elements that work together to create a cohesive and inviting home. This indoor pickleball facility is designed with a clean, modern industrial aesthetic—featuring vibrant blue courts, crisp white lines, black-framed fencing, and expansive open ceilings that create a bright and energetic playing environment.

Adjacent to the courts, the cozy café adds a warm social touch with wood finishes, exposed brick accents, ambient lighting, comfortable seating, and a welcoming bar area—the perfect spot to unwind, grab a drink, and catch up after a game.

From Vision to Reality VII

The vision for Chicks Ni Otit Restaurant had fully taken shape. The completed façade showcases a modern tropical architectural character, highlighted by clean geometric forms, expansive glass openings, stone-clad accent walls, and warm wood-finish elements that create a welcoming street presence while preserving the mature trees that naturally frame the property.

The interior of the Restaurant was designed to balance durability, functionality, and ambiance through the use of polished concrete flooring, stucco-finished walls by Paul Molina, and a custom PVC and Amakan ceiling system. The polished concrete floor provides a seamless, low-maintenance finish with subtle texture and long-term durability, while the stucco walls add depth and a handcrafted character to the space. Overhead, the coffered ceiling combines wood-grain PVC panels and woven Amakan accents, celebrating Filipino craftsmanship and reinforcing the restaurant’s tropical-modern identity. Large aluminum-framed glass windows and doors maximize natural light and ventilation, creating a bright, comfortable, and inviting dining environment for guests.

From structural construction to architectural finishing, every detail was carefully executed to transform the original concept into a distinctive dining destination. Chicks Ni Otit now stands as a testament to thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and the successful collaboration of the entire project team.

The project now stands as a fully realized modern dining space designed with warmth, functionality, and character. The project highlights a refined combination of stucco wall finishes, polished concrete flooring, and a custom PVC and amakan ceiling design that brings texture and local craftsmanship into the interior atmosphere.

The polished concrete flooring provides a sleek yet durable finish, creating a clean industrial-modern aesthetic while ensuring long-term functionality for high-traffic restaurant operations. Complementing this is the handcrafted PVC and amakan ceiling treatment, adding warmth, depth, and a natural Filipino-inspired character to the space. Large glass openings and modern framing maximize natural light and ventilation, enhancing the restaurant’s welcoming ambiance.
