Please inform our staff if your clothes or linens were exposed to floodwater.

Floodwater may contain mud, sewage, bacteria, oil, and other contaminants. While we will apply appropriate cleaning and sanitation procedures, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of stains, odor, discoloration, microorganisms, or contamination.

Items may require multiple wash cycles and special handling. Existing damage—including weakened fabric, color bleeding, shrinkage, damaged prints, garters, foam, or adhesives—may become more visible after washing and drying.

For everyone’s safety, heavily contaminated items may be declined.
