This studio unit at Seawind Condominium was renovated for short-term rental with a clear brief in mind. Neutral earth-tone palette, controlled use of limited budget, and a layout that feels warm and welcoming.

Wood paneling, indoor plants, and soft wall finishes work together with natural light to create a calm and inviting atmosphere.

Warm accent lighting adds comfort, while a custom dining island doubles as storage and neatly hides the mini fridge below, keeping the space functional without feeling cramped.
