Despite this constraint, the planning prioritizes environmental responsiveness: all interior spaces are carefully articulated to receive ample natural light and cross-ventilation through well-considered fenestration.
The dwelling is envisioned as a PWD-friendly home, embedding accessibility into its core planning to ensure comfort, dignity, and long-term usability for its occupants, particularly the elderly.
