A Seamless Extension of Modern Tropical Living
Every great home deserves spaces that bring people together.
This project is an additional structure designed to complement an existing Modern Tropical Residence, creating a welcoming destination where family and guests can gather, relax, and celebrate.
The design features a warm and inviting receiving area, seamlessly connected to the swimming pool to create an effortless indoor-outdoor experience. Every material, lighting element, and architectural detail was carefully selected to evoke comfort, elegance, and the relaxing atmosphere of a tropical retreat.
The extension includes:
- A welcoming reception/lounge overlooking the pool
- A spacious function hall with a fully equipped kitchen for family gatherings and special occasions
- A dedicated fitness gym positioned on the opposite wing, providing a private wellness space while maintaining the harmony of the overall design
Designed as a private clubhouse, this addition enhances the lifestyle of the residence by blending functionality, hospitality, and timeless tropical architecture into one cohesive experience.
