RENATO MANABAT CONSTRUCTION (RM CONSTRUCTION) formerly RD3 CONSTRUCTION started on October 1993 mostly in structural fabrication works, civil works and industrial structures. Due to rapid urbanization and industrialization of Carmona, Cavite, it expanded its operation in commercial area, thus increasing its workforce, tools, machines and equipments. Du
e to growing demands and booming of investment in the area, it widened its scope of works from concreting to construction of various steel related structures. Through the years it continuously engaged in construction of offices, laboratory, powerhouse, apartment building, school building, special steel support, retaining wall, drainage system, concreting of roads and elevated steel water tank. Among the major accomplishment of RD3 CONSTRUCTION that made the company's growth are Grand Entrance structures and Perimeter Fence of Daiichi Industrial Park, a Special Economic Zone in Barangay Maguyam, Silang, Cavite. It constructed also the Entrance structures and Perimeter Fence Package of Mountview Industrial Park in Bancal, Carmona, Cavite under contract with Land and General Development Corp. and various Municipal and Barangay projects in Carmona and nearby town of Silang. RD3 CONSTRUCTION changed its name to Renato Manabat Construction wherein several projects from Office fit-out, Townhouse Construction, Retail and Showroom outlet, Four Storey Commercial Building, Data Networking (Cabling), Electrical and Mechanical works were accomplished from 2005 to 2011. Among its major clients are various real estate developers and commercial entities such as; Almeda, Inc., EAII Corporation, Welton Philippines Interactive (now Global B2B), Splash Corporation and VRB Travel Tours and Transport Corp.(Tickets 2 Travel). The cost efficient designs and construction methodologies had been the continuing key contribution to our clients for the past 19 years of our business. Our firm is backed up by seasoned professional staff and technical manpower, latest construction technology and fabrication facilities; hence the need to establish RM GOLDEN TEKTITE CONSTRUCTION INC. (RMGTCI) has been decided to be more competitive and to meet its growing commitment to various clients. At present, RMGTCI is doing a Penthouse Extension at Bellagio Tower 3 located at Fort Bonifacio Global City, a Three Storey Residence at Winward Hills, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, Two Storey Townhouse Development at Betterliving Subd. Paranaque City and Head Office Renovation of VRB Travel Tours and Transport Corp located at Las Pinas City. RMGTCI gained the confidence of its supplier and investor in the area for adhering in the CORRECT and ACCURATE method of construction, COMPLIANCE, PROJECT DELIVERY, QUALITY OF WORKS , COMMITMENT and implementation of health and safety standards.
