Another concept officially approved by our client.

This residence features a modern minimalist facade defined by clean geometric lines, a monochromatic palette, and a balanced combination of white textured walls, charcoal finishes, black vertical accents, and warm wood elements.

The strong horizontal and vertical forms give the house a bold contemporary character, while the wood soffits soften the overall composition and add warmth. The upper-floor balcony and large glazed openings bring in natural light, while the vertical slatted feature provides added privacy and visual depth.

Overall, the design focuses on simplicity, functionality, privacy, and timeless modern aesthetics—creating a home that feels clean, sophisticated, and welcoming.
