A business born in the midst of a pandemic, G+M Creative Studio has grown from a simple dream into a space we’re incredibly proud to call our own.

Built with nothing but grit, dedication, and a deep passion for design, our journey has brought us to over 60 thoughtfully designed spaces—each one shaping not only the lives of our clients, but also the story and identity of who we are as a studio.

Today, as we finally open the doors to our own headquarters, we’re reminded that this milestone was never ours alone. We dedicate this moment to every client who trusted us with their spaces, every trade partner who helped bring our ideas to life, and every family member and friend who believed in us from the very beginning. Thank you for trusting our vision, supporting our work, and allowing us to create spaces that do more than look beautiful—they shape lives, hold memories, and become part of people’s stories.

From a dream born during uncertain times, to a studio we can finally call home—this is G+M Creative Studio.

At G+M Creative Studio, our practice was built on a foundation of passion, creativity, and technical rigor. We approach every project with the belief that design extends far beyond aesthetics - it has the power to influence how people live, work, connect, and experience the world around them. Our commitment is to create environments that are purposeful, functional, and deeply reflective of the people who inhabit them.

As a duo-led practice, we embrace the unique perspectives, strengths, and values that diversity brings to the design and construction industry. We lead with integrity, collaborate with purpose, and approach challenges with determination. Through thoughtful design and unwavering commitment to excellence, we aim to redefine expectations, break barriers, and demonstrate that impactful leadership is rooted in capability, vision, and the desire to create spaces that truly matter.

I am Jeremy Paul Gantang, Principal Architect and Co-Founder of G+M Creative Studio. A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas College of Architecture, my professional journey has been shaped by a passion for thoughtful design and a commitment to delivering architecture that is both purposeful and enduring.

Early in my career, I spent over four years with a design-and-build firm, where I developed a strong foundation in architectural design, project management, and construction supervision. Working across a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects, I cultivated the ability to transform complex requirements into practical, innovative, and well-crafted design solutions that consistently exceeded client expectations.

My approach to architecture is rooted in the belief that every project should respond not only to its physical context but also to the aspirations of the people who will inhabit it. I strive to create spaces that balance vision with precision - where design excellence meets buildability, and every detail contributes to a cohesive, meaningful experience.

I am Marjan Martinez, Senior Interior Designer and Co-Founder of G+M Creative Studio. Throughout my career, I have stood firmly in the belief that leadership is not defined by gender, but by vision, expertise, resilience, and the courage to challenge convention. True leadership is demonstrated through the ability to inspire, innovate, and create meaningful impact - qualities that transcend traditional expectations and stereotypes.

As a woman in the design and construction industry, I have witnessed firsthand the evolving role of women in shaping spaces, leading teams, and driving creative and technical excellence. This journey has reinforced my conviction that diverse perspectives are not only valuable but essential in creating solutions that are thoughtful, inclusive, and transformative.

Designed with openness and warmth in mind, every detail was carefully considered to create a space that feels both refined and inviting.

From the original layout, we opened things up: replacing a solid drywall partition with a glass sliding door to bring in as much natural light. What was once enclosed now feels connected, brighter, and more fluid. From the textures and finishes down to the smallest details, every decision was made with intention. Nothing was there just to fill the space. Everything had a purpose, a feeling, a reason behind it. Because at the end of the day, good design is about creating a home that feels like it truly belongs to the people living in it.

At its core, this project was about making everyday life feel a little better. Not just designing a visually pleasing space, but one that truly supports the rhythm of daily living - your routines, your rest, and those quiet in-between moments that slowly shape what home feels like.

For a newly married couple, the intention was to slow things down. To create a space that doesn’t feel rushed or temporary, but something steady and grounding. A home that is always ready to welcome them in at the end of the day, and one they can continually grow into - together.

We reimagined a standard two-bedroom layout to perfectly align with the lifestyle of a newlywed couple, carving out a sanctuary that balances rest and productivity. By dedicating one room as the Bedroom and the other as a Home Office, we ensured that every inch of the condominium unit serves a distinct and intentional purpose.

The design focuses on a play of intricate lighting, both natural and artificial, which softens the clean lines and makes the entire unit feel like a continuous, cozy embrace. We prioritized spatial efficiency, maximizing the floor plan to feel expansive yet intimate, ensuring the urban rush fades the moment they step through the door.

This transformation proves that thoughtful intervention can turn a house into a deeply personal retreat for a new beginning and a new chapter.

A compact urban living space redesign

This is a warm, contemporary transformation of a modest-sized unit designed to feel both open and intentional. Soft neutrals, clean lines, and layered textures create a calm, inviting environment that balances function and comfort.

The design focuses on maximizing the layout through subtle zoning, integrating the kitchen, dining, living area, and workspace into one cohesive flow. Thoughtful storage solutions, streamlined cabinetry, and consistent material palettes help maintain visual clarity while enhancing usability. Lighting plays a key role, with a mix of ambient, task, and accent fixtures setting different moods throughout the day.

A vertical wood feature anchors the living area, bringing depth and warmth, while natural light gently softens the space throughout the day. The private zones are thoughtfully composed—balancing rest, focus, and openness—where each element is intentionally placed. A home shaped around its user, where function meets quiet comfort.
