Lynn Lantaca is the founder of the Company.

She is a member of Papua New Guinea Floriculture Association (PNGFA) (formerly known as 'Papua New Guinea Cut Flowers Association') which she is one of the pioneers and also served as a Vice President from year 2010 to 2017. She is also a member of Papua New Guinea Women in Agriculture (PNGWIA). History
Flower collection and backyard gardening was her hobby over the last 30 years. She decided to t

urn her hobby into business and was engaged in informal business since year 2000 up until 14th of February 2011, she got her company formally registered with IPA. She got all her family involved in the business and the business is wholly dominated by her own immediate family with the support of 6 (six) unemployed youths within the community, who are full time working in the nursery and out in the farm. The company is 100% nationally owned and managed.
