A little teaser to this rough in!

This setup is the game changer. This is the setup that brakes the mold. This setup is great for:

Radiant Floors- every room gets its own thermostat or not- no I don’t need to run wires

Cast Iron Radiators- every room gets a thermostat or not-no I don’t need to run wires.

Baseboards- zoning made easier- can break up the zones and no I don’t need to run wires.

Panel Radiators- these are some of my favorites. We can install them in homes with electric baseboard and all I need to do is run two small 1/2” lines to the room. Easily fits in the wall. (Did you know we repair the wall and our expert sheet rocker and taper will make it look like we were never there.

Runtal or steel panel baseboard- these are awesome- they are designed for low temp heating.

So why does your system look so different to this. Short answer is because many are just after the easiest way to get your dollar. Fuel companies have no incentive to offer this type of system.

This type of system uses 20-80% less fuel and 30-85% less electricity. If you’re a contractor and are interested in learning how to do these. Good afternoon! What do you guys do to unwind? When we aren’t being “business”, we like to get to a course, play a round, enjoy the walk, enjoy the sun and relax.

Why did this keep falling apart? It looks like they put everything together correctly.

Answer: Application and design. When doing something as simple as a sink waste drain is water weight and hot water. Notice where the trap is, and where the rigid pvc starts. The connections at the basket strainer of the sink are what is known as a slip fitting. These need to be nice and clean when the go together. But these connections are not the strongest especially when you add a dishwasher drain shaking the pipe with 140degree water.

Best practice is to get the trap as close to the rigid pipe as possible. This aids this slip joints in carrying the weight and the shaking from the dishwasher.

Comment and I’ll show you the completed repair. I also fixed a 30year old outdoor hose bibb instead of replacing it.
