Here we ran a few repairs for a couple of different clients. As you can see in three of the photos we have replaced old rotten weather boards, installed aluminium window inserts and replaced the base boards with Hardie flex. In the last picture we have replaced the previous rotten cladding with ply and battens. Here’s a few photos from a recent renovation we’ve been working on in Maungakaramea. Revamping and lining a bedroom/ ensuite and a bathroom that was extremely rotten due to the previous residents not attending to leaking pipes. We also ran repairs on the exterior such as weatherboards and changing around some joinery to the client’s preference.
