**New Project Alert**

We are proud to be collaborating with our clients on this new design and build industrial project in the heart of Ruakākā.

Our preconstruction team managed and led the design phase from the outset — working closely with consultants and the development team to capture their specific project requirements while keeping commercial viability front and centre.

Now that we are on site, the build phase is humming along — precast tilt panels erected and foundations progressing well, these units are taking shape fast!

We’re very thankful to the Marsden Ventures Ltd team for entrusting us as their construction partner on this awesome build and look forward to sharing more updates as it comes to life!

Project Administrator (Part-Time 20 – 30 hours per week)

We are looking for a standout Project Administrator to deliver exceptional project support across our commercial and industrial construction projects and be a part of our closeknit team that genuinely lives its values every day.

You will help keep our projects running smoothly and documentation sharp by coordinating information between the office and project team. Expect variety and plenty of ownership.

Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain construction documentation (drawings, specs, RFIs, amendments)
- Assist with contract administration and project plans (MS Projects)
- Supporting project managers with coordination, tracking, and reporting
- Scheduling meetings and manage minutes
- Assisting with compliance documentation and CCC requirements

You will bring:
- Excellent organisation and a sharp focus on details
- Strong communication skills
- A collaborative, team-first attitude
- Administration experience
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office)

Construction experience is helpful but not essential, what matters most to us is attitude and reliability. We can tailor the position for applicants with more experience.

Another great project wrapped up by the OTC Projects team.
We’re proud to have delivered the Te Akau Roa Restaurant in Tutukaka on a carefully managed budget and a tight programme, ensuring we got the new and improved space back open asap for the client to get back into service.
From early coordination through to final handover, our team worked closely with the client and the wider team to ensure the build ran efficiently while maintaining the quality expected of a standout venue on the Tutukaka coast.

Most importantly - happy clients and a great result all round.
