A sneak peek at one of our upcoming projects here in Waihī Beach.

We're pretty excited about this one - a design and build, with a pretty hard-to-beat view to match.

A few upgrades underway at Seaforth Road.

Acoustic upgrades to the ceilings, electrical work and air conditioning are going in across all four bedrooms.

Campbell and the team from are on site too, taking care of the painting by hand to protect the rest of the existing home while work continues. We’ve worked alongside these guys across our Waihī Beach projects for the past three years, so it’s good to have a familiar crew on the job.

First site update of spring from Reservoir Road, and the shorts are officially out.

Plenty happening since our last update - bricks are done, the boys are getting the GIB up, and the drainlayers are on site sorting the sewage and stormwater connections.

We're getting into the home straight now. Next up, landscaping, lawns and the driveway.

Something a bit different for us, a light commercial job on Wilson Road here at Waihī Beach.

It’s a short job but lots happening that will make a big difference – watch this space.

For our current Waihī new build, Jane has been working closely with the clients as their interior consultant, helping them work through their interior design and selection process.

As the clients are based out of town, this has all been done mostly remotely through video calls and emails. Jane is also on the ground liaising with the contractors during pre-line installs to make sure all interior selections are correctly placed - tapware, lights and light switches, power points and more. Getting this right before insulation and GIB goes in means avoiding changes and reworks down the track.

Some of the details we're loving from our recently completed renovation Snell Crescent, Waihī Beach.

Inspired by the architectural character of the original 1970s home - raking vaulted timber ceilings, bespoke steel balustrades, and a warm natural material palette including cork flooring and dark green NZ wool carpet come together to create a home that is timeless and considered.

Full project now live on our website.

Minden Hills | Tauranga

A home designed to stand the test of time - defined by clean architectural form and a strong connection to its surroundings.

Positioned to make the most of its elevated site, large glazing elements draw natural light deep into the interior while the living spaces extend outward to the views. A restrained material palette and considered detailing throughout.

A lot can happen in just three weeks. Check out our latest site update from our current new build in rural Waihī.

The boys are pumping through this one - roof's on, joinery's in, bricks are going on, and they're already ready for insulation and GIB.
