Reason #4 to choose a Summit home: wardrobes that do more than hold clothes.

Every bedroom in a Summit home comes with our wardrobe organiser system, so there's a place for everything from day one. Standard bedrooms get sliding doors with one plain white panel and one full-height mirror, giving you a full-length mirror in every room without taking up wall space. Walk-in robes get the full treatment, with the complete storage system fitted out from floor to ceiling.

At Summit Homes, we take pride in building warm, energy-efficient homes, and that starts with getting the insulation right so the heat stays in during winter and your power bills stay down.

Insulation is going in now at 25 Turau Street, Te Kauwhata. Once the linings are on you can't see it, but the new owners will feel it. We think they're going to be pleasantly surprised at how warm, cosy and energy efficient their new home is.

We're excited to share that we will be hosting our first open home for 10 Korari Street this coming weekend! Join us Saturday and Sunday from 12 PM to 4 PM.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home sits on a spacious, flat section. There's plenty of room for young kids, summer barbecues and pets. We originally planned it as our show home, but interest in this package has been so high that we're opening it to all existing enquiries for the next few weeks.

Come and take a look. We'd love to see you there.

Reason #3 to choose a Summit home: attic storage, built in.

At Summit Homes you get an attic storage system that uses an easy-access hatch and a fold-down ladder. It's a safe, dry place for the suitcases, decorations and everything you don't need every day, without giving up a garage bay or a wardrobe.

Call 0508 NZ SUMMIT or visit summithomes.co.nz to find out more.

Reason #2 to choose a Summit home: bathrooms finished properly, from the start.

Every Summit home comes with tiled showers, floors, skirts and bath upstand, a freestanding bath, modern vanities, LED mirrors and heated towel rails. These are the details most builders charge extra for, or swap out for a cheap built-in tub. We think they belong in every home, so they're included in ours.

Reason #1 to choose a Summit home: stone benchtops and premium tapware come standard.

Most builders list stone as an upgrade. We include it in every kitchen we build, along with quality tapware, so the home you move into is the one you saw in the plans. No upgrade list, no surprises at the end.

Call 0508 NZ SUMMIT or visit summithomes.co.nz to see what else comes standard.
