🌿 Aotearoa has a $2B annual biodiversity funding gap - and Episode 3 of our podcast dives into what we can do about it.

This week, Nik and Jo chat with Ian Herbert (Biofin Assessment Lead at the University of Otago), who breaks down why NZ needs a natural capital policy, a biodiversity investment fund, and better measurement to guide real change. 📊🌱

Ian also speaks to the importance of intergenerational fairness and valuing nature in all the ways it matters - commercially, ecologically, intrinsically, and for those who come after us. 💚✨

It’s a powerful, eye opening listen.

Winter is starting to bite - and for too many whānau in the Bay of Plenty, staying warm is becoming harder and harder.

This SunLive article shares why we’re putting the call out for donations of heaters, wool blankets, curtains, warm clothing, and bedding to support local families this winter. Every donated item can make a real difference in helping create a warmer, healthier home. ❤️

If you have spare wool blankets in the cupboard, a heater no longer being used, or warm clothes your tamariki have outgrown, please get in touch! We'd love to hear from you.

Please help by donating, sharing the article, or spreading the word through your networks:
