Tired of your gear getting hammered by the weather?

A custom-built shelter is a great way to protect the caravan, boat, tractor or whatever else is taking up space in the driveway.

Here's one we've recently finished. Swipe through the photos to see how it came together from the ground up.

Another roof transformation completed by the CL Contracting team.

This Orewa home has had a full roof refresh, replacing the old lichen-covered Decramastic tile roof with a new long-run iron roof. We also replaced the fascia, spouting and gable-end cladding, and installed new roof insulation while everything was opened up.

The difference speaks for itself. A fresh new look and a roof that's built to handle the coastal conditions for years to come.

Puhoi Project – Stage 1

Swipe through the photos showing the transformation so far on a recent project in Puhoi.

The brief was to create a larger, more functional area for access and parking while maximising the usable space around the property.

Stage 1 involved excavation, retaining wall construction, drainage preparation and reshaping the site to create a solid foundation for the next phase of works.

Good to stand back at the end of a job and see the difference. From a sloping, underutilised area to a substantial new platform with plenty more potential still to come.

If you're considering retaining walls, earthworks or creating more usable space on your property, get in touch.
