🌿 First exterior of spring completed! 🎨

This monoclad home was due for a refresh, with the existing texture coating staying in the same colour, Drought.

There were a few cracks and damaged areas that needed repairing before we got into the coating. We then applied an AcraTex waterproofing membrane to help protect the exterior from moisture and keep it looking good for years to come.

The deck had also never been stained and had picked up quite a bit of algae over time. After a good clean-up, we finished it with Cabot’s oil stain in Ash Black.

Another exterior ticked off and a great way to start the spring season. 👌

If your exterior is due for some attention before summer, feel free to get in touch for a quote.

A recent exterior repaint completed in Tawa.

This beautiful old weatherboard home was definitely showing its age, but with a lot of preparation and attention to detail we’ve helped give it a fresh new lease on life.

🎨 Colours:
• Weatherboards – Silver Chalice
• Base/Foundation – New Denim Blue
• Trims & Box Corners – Okarito White
• Front Door – Ebony Clay
• Decks, Steps & Floor Areas – Quarter Silver Chalice
• Existing Garage Door – Grey Friars (left as is)

🔨 Work completed:
• Installed and painted new box corners
• Repaired and repainted steps and sections of decking
• Stripped failing paint where required
• Replaced damaged exterior panelling at the rear of the property
• Carried out various repairs to weathered areas before painting

The existing windows were left untouched as the owners are planning to install double glazing in the near future.

A lot of prep went into this one, but the transformation was well worth it. Thanks to the homeowners for trusting us with their home.

Massive transformation completed 🙌

Full exterior repaint in Okarito White with Caraway walls finished in a specialist Acratex membrane system for long-term protection.

The shed roof out the back was leaking, so we fully re-roofed it and finished it in Ironsand to tie everything together.

We scaffolded the home to ensure safe, full access and a proper finish from top to bottom.

All old varnished windows fully stripped and painted Okarito White 🔥
Interior windows re-varnished, plus extensive maintenance, new handles, shed door upgrades, new downpipe brackets, broken glass replaced and more.

Garage doors are the only thing left and getting replaced to Ironsand soon 👌

Big project. Quality finish.
