Another big transformation in the books! 🌊🌿
This property had lots of areas to give a refresh! Out the front the gardens had grown a bit wild over time, with flaxes needing dead leaves removed, a few plants competing for space & weeds popping through. We cleaned it all up, pruned what was staying, removed what wasn’t healthy, and gave everything a proper reset so it can thrive again.
Down the side of the property, there was an old greenhouse ready to go, along with a few shrubs needing attention. We removed the greenhouse, turned the space back into lawn, laid fresh grass seed, and fixed up the planter box now that the area is opened up again.
Out the back, the ocean view was partially blocked and beach access was completely overgrown. We trimmed everything back, cleared the fence line, and opened up the pathway that leads down to the beach — Now it’s a clear, easy walk straight to the sand.
After all the pruning, clearing and opening up the spaces, we finished by weed-spraying all the areas that needed treatment to help keep everything under control as it grows back.
We’ve got ongoing maintenance lined up to keep this property thriving — it’s going to look better and better every visit . 🌱✨
