Moisture issues in the building report meant this bathroom had to be addressed before it could meet insurance requirements. Keeping everything right where it was made for an easy upgrade. Sadly out went the cast iron bath tub, but the lack of upstands was the cause of the water ingress issues. Pleased to be watertight again.

A human sized felt light shade! It really was spectacular, but returning to a classic lighting design was an early focal point for these owners. The numerous lighting installations were connected at switch outlets making them slightly easier to remove.
