And that’s a wrap! 100 Kay road - Another quality project completed by the Cantec Services team. 👏

We’re proud to have delivered a full range of roofing and painting services at 100 Kay Road, helping bring this new development to life from the roof down.

Our scope of works included: 🔹 Viking Enviroclad TPO membrane roofing
 🎨 Exterior painting to the new extension: • Solid plaster cladding • JH Linea weatherboard cladding • Fascia boards & downpipes

🏠 Interior painting including: • Gib plasterboard ceilings & scotia • Gib plasterboard walls • Timber doors & architraves • Timber trims, reveals & skirting

The building has now been blessed and is fully operational, ready to welcome tamariki into a safe and inspiring learning environment 📚

A huge thank you to everyone involved in delivering another high-quality finish. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of projects like this and look forward to the next.

Not everyday do we get a chance to show what our painters are truly capable of,

Most of the time we’re painting white walls or single colour finishes - but every now and then, a project like this comes along 🎨

This custom feature wall at the University of Waikato gave our team the opportunity to showcase the skill, precision and creativity that goes into bringing a vision to life 🖌️

From a simple base coat to a striking finished design, if you’ve got a vision - we’ve got the tools, experience and expertise to make it happen 🤝✅

Back at Kay Road 👷

In 2024, the team completed exterior painting works on this site for a previous client, including :

•Soffits & Fascia
•Feature cedar timber beams
•Fascia boards
•Downpipes

Now in 2026, we’re proud to be back on site with a new client delivering another stage of works across multiple trades, this time including :
