Decramastic tile roof – Merivale

Stage 1: Moss, mould, and lichen treatment applied. This will be left for 24–48 hours, followed by a soft broom and rinse. High-pressure washing isn’t suitable due to asbestos in the original chip coating.

Stage 2: Application of a hi-build roof primer, followed by reapplication of the chip coating.

This beautiful villa refreshed for the new owners. Stained doors now converted to paint finish. Feature wall in t.v room deleted. Full repaint for kitchen/dining, t.v room, Master bedroom and most importantly the bar room. Great clients, great results.

Refresh in Lincoln. House washed, feature weatherboards sanded spot primed and two coats of Dulux WeatherShield applied. Soffitts light scuff and repaint.
