This chiller area needed more than just a standard flooring system. With high and low temperature changes and ongoing moisture, the customer needed a durable, long-term solution without repeatedly shutting the shop down.

After inspecting and assessing the moisture conditions, we recommended a specialised Moisture V***r Barrier + Full flakes broadcast in Gravel finish+ Polyaspartic system.

For areas exposed to moisture — such as chiller rooms, commercial kitchens, shop areas, outdoor spaces, or other moisture-prone environments — we don’t simply apply a coating and hope for the best.

We diamond-grind the concrete, assess the moisture conditions, and install a Moisture V***r Barrier first to help create a strong bond between the coating system and the concrete substrate.

The floor was then finished with our GRAVEL FLAKES system and coat of polyaspartic, providing a durable, seamless and easy-to-maintain surface designed for demanding environments.
