HUGE power bill?
If your power bill is higher than usual you might have more issues than teenagers taking long showers.
On a recent job we attended, the tenant had complained of a higher than usual power bill and a strange sound above the garage.
Turns out the Pressure Relief valve on the roof had expired and was pouring hot water on to the the roof and straight down the drain!
The boys replaced the valve and repaired the broken spouting while we were up on the roof.
While you were reading this post your hot water might also be doing the same thing. 😲
Do yourself a favour and go take a look, you should be able to stand back and see it from the ground. Or maybe your downpipe is constantly discharging water even when its not raining.
These are both signs you need to call your local friendly plumbers and get us to take a closer look.

It's not all work here at Ethos Plumbing! We enjoyed a fun outing with one of our building partners to see who's faster. Plumbers or Builders...Turns out the old boys had the quickest lap times while the young bucks seemed to enjoy sliding around too much. 😅

There is always a real cause for water constantly running into or out of your toilet bowl. Inside the water cistern are components that wear out over time and eventually need replacing.
