I really like it here in Invercargill. The worksite is near our house. If we wanted to eat out, we would walk there or drive for like 3-5 minutes. Everything is accessible; it is the city’s centre.

Stay and be loyal to one company/agency, since there is a competency around, it is now being balanced. If you move around, you won’t be able to save up annual leave. It will be reset if you transfer companies every time. Also, it may affect you in the future if INZ changes some rules and it will show that you have been moving from time to time. Lastly, be strong and have faith in yourself.

I enjoy my job. I usually go for relaxation every weekend. I enjoy it when the tasks are difficult, and I must plan out how I will complete them. I enjoy installing door locks, doors, windows, and layouts for framing.

Stellar has good management amongst its employees. They follow the right salary rate and give workers pay increases. We can open our concerns to our consultants, and we can directly ask them if we need PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). They will sort it out as soon as possible, especially with the safety shoes. They are supplying us with good quality equipment.

I like it here in Wellington. We have pleasant weather, unlike other places, and a friendly neighbourhood. They do not discriminate Pinoys.

I would be happy if we were given a chance to be residents here. I could bring my family here to live with me. Maybe it is the time to enjoy being with my family and for my wife to be able to work here and help me settle. Our children will study here and be able to work too, for their future. I am very thankful to the government for giving us the opportunity to apply for one of the 2021 resident visas in New Zealand.

First, we will show our gratitude to God Almighty for granting our prayers that we are now together in New Zealand. After going to the church, we will have a mini celebration for the days that we are all apart. I would date my wife and enjoy the days that we are now together.
